Lionel Messi’s transfer to Man City has taken a new turn as the Premier League club are willing to offer three of their top players for the Barcelona superstar.
It is no more news that Messi wants to leave the Camp Nou after 17 years of active service to the Catalonia based club.
And City have become favourites to sign the 33-year-old who is willing to reunite with his former manager Pep Guardiola.
According to Sport, the citizens are willign to pay a massive £89.5million including Bernardo Silva, Gabriel Jesus and Eric Garcia for the Argentine international.
It is understood that the former Premier League champions believe that the deal can pull through in the coming weeks.
On the other hand, Barca have been linked with a move for Jesus as a possible replacement for out-of-favour striker Luis Suarez.
And reports claim discussions have already begun about the Brazilian replacing the Uruguyan forward who has a year left in his contract at the Camp Nou.
Garcia has also been a target for La Blaugrana but the Spanish giants are unwilling to pay £20.5m for the Spanish center-back.
City boss Guardiola confirmed that Garcia has refused to sign a new deal at the Etihad with a year left in his contract.
And with Barca interested in Jesus and Garcia, City are hopeful adding Silva top the deal for Messi would tempt the Catalans to accepting their offer.

The Barcelona star shocked the world when he officially submitted a transfer request to his employers that he wants to end his 17-year reign at senior level.
And according to ESPN Brasil, Messi is now looking to reunite with former boss Pep Guardiola and his former La Blaugrana teammate Neymar at the Etihad.
